1.     Subject of Cooperation:

The parties have agreed to cooperate in establishing an INTERNET CAF�' at the new campus of the university of Aden for free use by the students of the university.

2.     Responsibilities:

�        The Friedrich Ebert Stiftung will buy and install fur personnel computers and one common powerful printer for the Internet Caf�'.

�        The University of Aden will provide a suitable location on its new campus, provide the required furniture for the Internet caf�', the installation of the necessary Internet lines, cover the running costs and provide for the logistic and human resources required to run the Internet Caf�'.
