5)     The two universities will jointly seek support from funding organizations to help pay for the cost of their exchange programs.  

1)    To develop links in teaching and research, the university of Ottawa and the university of Aden will establish and exchange of information with regard to programs, academic majors, and curse offerings, periodically, information will be provided to the other institution regarding research projects.

2)    The exchange program of education and research by activities the following:

�                 Exchange of student.

�              Exchange of professors of researcher for lecturing and conduction seminars on topics of interest to each side.

�              Exchange of curricular materials and research as appropriate.

�              Creation of opportunities for development of mutual research interests such as joint research projects, scholarly conferences, language training, and joint cooperation in the area of administrative services.

3)          The visitor shall enjoy full privileges as to the use of facilities such as those normally enjoyed by other visiting faculty at the host university.

Subject  to available resources , meeting between representatives from both universities will be arranged for the purpose of exchanging experiences and knowledge , as well supervise the implantation of the exchange.

Three years, renewable automatically for a similar period, if neither party notifies the other of its desire to terminate the agreement at least three months prior.
